50/50 Tickets

Kim Lindlof sold $110 for the 50/50 raffle today and Jim Schmidt was the winner of $55. Jim will sell tickets on April 12th . Harold Buzzell won 10 free tickets for next meeting's 50/50 drawing.

World Service Cup

The beneficiary of the donations for this month's World Service Cup will be the replenishment of materials for the back packs at the L.C. Bates Museum.

Fined for pictures in the Paper

Kim Lindlof had her picture in the paper this week and was fined accordingly.

Cell Phones

==========

A $10.00 fee for cell phone ringing continues for the 2008-2009 Club year. No fines assessed today.

Patti Newmen shared that she just got back from Mexico with her sister and her daughter who helped her celebrate her 65th birthday.

Eric was glad to be back with us. He also shared that his family just celebrated birthdays of his 2 and 8 year old grandchildren.

Nikki shared that she just took delivery of a new bed that she's been waiting three months for.

Kim Lindlof shared that the Business to Business show will be held at the AYC this Wednesday. She shared the agenda and noted there will be a Business After Hours get together at 5:00.

Scott Bullock was happy that his mother, who has been very sick since Thanksgiving is now doing very well. He also shared that he was happy abput the recent Red Sox win. And finally, in a couple of weeks, he will be golfing with his group in St. Augustine.

Ed Riggs shared that he just got back from spending some time with his granddaughter at Sun Valley skiing.

Sarah Sugden shared an interesting Easter experience in her household. It seems that they hid 18 Easter Eggs around the house and, unfortunately, only found 17. It seems as if Madeline hid one in an unknown location and they are now worried that with the warm weather, they could have a problem if it's not found.

Tom Longstaff shared that there will be a vocational Services Committee Meeting after we adjourn.

Nikki shared that there Downtown Cleanup sponsored by Waterville Main Street on Saturday from 10-2. Rotarians wanting to participate can come to Castonguay Square for assignments and there will be a cookout to follow.

Suzanne Uhl-Melanson reminded everyone about the Spring Fling, which will occur on May 8th at Jim Julia's. Kim Lindlof is selling tickets and she (Suzanne) is handling the auction items.

Sarah shared that the District Conference will be held May 21-22 in Lewiston. Registration needs to be in by April 15th.

Peter shared that they still need one more host family for one of the GSE visitors in May. Duane Wheeler shared that he and Lisa would be able to be hosts. Thanks, Duane!
