Kennebec County Fund

Cate Cronin is today’s presenter and will provide information about the Maine Community Foundation’s statewide role, and the recently established Kennebec County Fund.

The Maine Community Foundation works with donors and other partners to improve the quality of life for all Maine people. Cate joined MaineCF in 2020 as foundation officer to support the Knox and Kennebec county committees and to work with donors and nonprofits in these counties. She has led numerous Maine nonprofit organizations, established fundraising campaign strategy and leadership, and cultivated multi-sector partnerships to create broader impact for growing organizations. As a lifelong Maine resident, originally from Bangor, now living in Rockport, Cate has deep knowledge of Maine and has family in the Kennebec County community.
