Friday, 22 May
Breakfast at Host Families
VOCATIONAL DAY: 9:30  - 3:00 p.m.:
Ortwin Lang: tours of privately-owned pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, cancer center pharmacy.  Michael Gee, Director of Pharmacy at MaineGeneral Medical Center, will be the main guide.  A pharmacist manager at MaineGeneral is from Germany and she will likely accompany them. Michael's email is michael.gee@mainegeneral.org

Tobias Gotz: day with local journalist, city editor, etc. I hope to have Tobias' main guide for the day soon (and will email Tobias). The local journalist formerly lived in Germany and speaks a bit of German. 

Marina Bauernfeind, Rebecca Rutschmann & Daniel Schallmo: tours with marketing and media professionals, Thomas College, etc. Two Rotarians have agreed to be main guides for the day: Nancy Gallagher and Elizabeth Vanderweide. Also, Raffi Der Simonian, our GSE individual traveling to Germany, will be a main guide as well.  We will work out the details, and promise an interesting day.

3:00 - 5:30: Activities (tennis, trail walking, etc) or rest at host families
6:00: Dinner at John & Lisa Fortier's home on the lake: host families & Rotarians invited      

Saturday, 23 May
Breakfast at Host Families
9:30: Travel to Bangor, ME to transfer to Bar Harbor hosts (possible tour in Bangor area)
