Maine Bear Biologist

Born and raised in central Waldo County, Randy Cross graduated from the University of Maine in 1980. Randy is a Registered Maine Guide specializing in canoe trips in Maine and Canada (and elsewhere - from the American Southwest to Baffin Island and Iceland).  He has worked on the bear crew for 36 years and is Maine’s head bear biologist.
