Waterville Community Land Trust, a nonprofit, was founded in 2013 by a group of Waterville residents who wanted to engage in the work of providing affordable homes to first time buyers and to revitalize the neighborhoods impacted by historical disinvestment. Nancy will update our club about their work since she last spoke to us in 2013 or 2014.
