John and Serena will discuss the importance of dark skies and the effects of light pollution on the health of ecosystems, animal life, and human health. John will address the stars and constellations visible in spring (once we turn off the lights!) and Serena will discuss some of the nocturnal animals of spring. We are both passionate about dark skies and what we can each do to help the natural world.
